NAR MANDATORY CODE OF ETHICS

Cycle 8: March 1 - December 2027

DEADLINE: DECEMBER 31, 2027

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Training may be completed through local REALTOR® associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses. Read the consequences for failing to complete Code of Ethics training.

Any new members that recently joined the board you do not need to complete this course since you have already taken the New Member Code of Ethics Training. If you have any questions please contact Estella Trejo at estella@yolorealtors.com

**Existing Members are individuals that have been a member with Yolo AR with no break in between.
